Privacy Policy

The short version

Your images are not sent anywhere. All processing happens inside your browser, on your own device. We never receive, store or see the files you open here. When you close the tab nothing is left on our side — because there never was anything on our side.

That is not a promise of goodwill: it is how the tool is built. There is no upload in the code, and you can check it by turning off your internet connection after the page loads — it keeps working.

The same goes for PDFs in Compress PDF and PDF to JPG: the file is read and rebuilt inside your browser. If the PDF has a password, you type it and it is used only there, to open the file; it is neither stored nor sent anywhere.

What we do not collect

What stays in your own browser

We store two preferences in your browser's local storage: light or dark theme, and the chosen language. They exist only so the page opens the way you left it. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and disappear when you clear your browser data.

If you use the background remover, the AI models the tool downloads — files from this site, with no data of yours — are kept in your browser's cache so they don't have to be downloaded again next time. They also disappear when you clear your browser data.

When you use “Next step” to take an image from one tool to another, it is kept for a few seconds in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB), only so the new tab can open it, and it is deleted as soon as it arrives. If the new tab never opens, the copy is deleted on your next visit, after half an hour. The image still never leaves your device.

Server logs

The pages and files are delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it records technical data for each request — IP address, browser type, date and time — in order to deliver content, measure volume and defend against abuse. Those records are handled by Cloudflare under its own policy and are not used by us to identify people.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit each page, where they come from (the referring site and the country) and how long pages take to load. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no visitor profiles: the numbers arrive aggregated, without identifying anyone. The images you process are never part of this measurement.

Advertising

The site is free and may show Google AdSense ads to support itself. There are no ads yet. When there are, Google and its partners will use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your settings, those ads may be personalised based on your visits to this and other sites.

You can turn off ad personalisation in Google's ad settings, and you can manage cookies in your own browser.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent dialog will appear before any personalised advertising, and you choose what to accept. Your choice can be changed later.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to correct or delete. For questions about this policy, write to contact@imagyc.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes will be announced on this page.
