Drop the PDF and every page shows up as a thumbnail. Drag a page to change the order (on a phone, hold it for a moment first). Tap to select several at once and rotate or delete them together. Each page also has its own rotate and delete buttons.
Need a blank page in the middle — to print double-sided, for instance? Use Blank page. Want to mix in pages from another document? Add PDF puts its pages on the same grid so you can slot them wherever you like. Undo all takes you back to the original.
Only need to rotate? Rotate PDF is quicker. Only remove pages? Remove pages. And to break the PDF into several files, Split PDF.
Everything happens in your browser, without sending the PDF anywhere. Pages aren’t turned into images: the text stays selectable and searchable in the new PDF.
Example: the contract scanned out of order
The scanner picked up the contract’s sheets shuffled: page 5 came before 3, page 7 is upside down, and the blank back of every sheet became a page. In the grid, drag page 5 into place, rotate 7 and tap the blank pages to delete all four at once. Missing the appendix? Add PDF brings its pages in so you can slot them at the end.
Questions about organizing PDFs
Can I undo if I make a mistake?
Yes: Undo all takes the PDF back to the original, and nothing is saved until you download.
Can I combine pages from two PDFs?
Yes. Add PDF puts the second file’s pages in the same grid, and you drag each one wherever you want.
What’s the blank page for?
For double-sided printing without a chapter starting on the back of a sheet, or to separate parts of a document.
Does the organized PDF get heavier?
It stays about the same size: pages aren’t turned into images, they just change place and orientation.
